Epcon Bayesian machine learning model for Tuberculosis

Exciting news from our partner Epcon! They have published a paper on predicting tuberculosis spreading in communities in Pakistan to optimize resource allocation. The model they used is being further developed in the DECIPHER project for monitoring and predicting Ebola virus and Lassa virus in African countries.
